RETURN POLICY

Can I return my products?

Yes. You can make returns by using your right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to decide whether to keep the products or to withdraw the agreement within a period of 14 days. You do not have to state your reasons for doing so. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you, physically received the products.

For some products however, the right of withdrawal is excluded due to the nature of the products. This is the case for products:

-that have been realised by us in accordance with your specifications;

-that are clearly personal in nature;

-that can quickly perish or become obsolete.

When and if returning your products, please take note of the following:

-for hygienic reasons, cosmetic products may only be returned unopened and in their original packaging. We will not take back any opened containers, jars, tubes or bottles;

-products must be returned in an undamaged package. We only process returns when the order is returned to us in saleable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box;

-for products which are damaged or show signs of use or other damage inflicted by the consumer, we retain the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.

Our Terms and Conditions apply to the delivered products.

How do I return my products?

1. Notify your return If you wish to return the products, you need to inform us by e-mail (contact@anoukmattoncosmetics.com) or mail (Jordaenskaai 23 bus 201, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. in writing by post or email). For this purpose, you can use the model form for withdrawal hereunder, but this is not obligatory.

Please make sure that you inform us before the end of the withdrawal period, which expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you, physically received the products.

2. Return the products

Your products must be returned in a sturdy return box. Place a form, listing which products you are returning, in the box.

Do not forget to clearly mention the following address on the package:

When and if returning your products, please take note of the following:

You are liable for the direct costs of returning the products, unless something went wrong with the delivery. If that would be the case, please contact us.

3. Verification of the returned products

After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we verify the returned products. If the products are sealed (where applicable), unopened and undamaged, we will repay the purchase amount as quickly as possible via your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days before your repayment is fully processed after receipt.

We may decide to withhold with reimbursement until we have received all returned products, or until the consumer has shown that the consumer returned the products, whichever occurs first.

If the purchase amount after this period has still not reached your account, we will be happy to help you further using your order number and shipping confirmation.

Can I also swap the products I ordered online?

Swapping is not possible, but obviously you are welcome to place a new order. The products you wish to return can be returned in accordance with this return policy.
